Free Pro Memberships available soon to foster kids
We'll soon be partnering with FosterClub.com to offer free one-year Pro Memberships to foster kids wanting to create their own digital scrapbook albums.
Recipients will receive a free one-year Pro Membership, which will allow unlimited product downloads.
We are also working on getting free or reduced-price laptops, software, printing and printed album supplies. If you have ideas on how to support these efforts, please contact nan@nanscottdesignstudio.com.

Supporting foster parents and foster kids with creative, uplifting projects
In the United States, over one-half million children wake up each day in foster care. They range in age from newborns to young adults reaching their 18th birthday; each of them are valuable individuals deserving a life rich with positive experiences.
I deeply admire of the generosity of foster parents, and the resiliance of foster kids. Here in the Studio I have found two ways to support and thank them: through offering free digital Lifebooks, and by giving free one-year Pro Memberships to selected foster youth. Our first Lifebook will be aimed at teens; we're also working on one for parents to create for their foster kids.

 Coming soon! Lifebook encourages foster teens to reclaim their history
Foster children move an average of seven times while in foster care. How does a child maintain a high self-image? A Lifebook gives the child a record of their life experiences, and lets them identify their talents and chart a course for a wonderful future.
Aimed at youth ages 12 to 18, our free digital Lifebook will feature 15 Quick Pages with topics including My Birth Family, My Foster Family, My Talents, My Favorites and My Goals and Dreams. Watch for it in 2010.
